90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your Lumelle purchase, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at hello@lumellelabs.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

We will respond within 24 hours with your refund confirmation. In most cases, you do not need to ship the product back to receive your refund.

Refund Timing

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

What Is Eligible

The 90-day guarantee applies to all Lumelle Labs products, including products that have been opened and used. We genuinely want you to try them and confirm they work for you before committing.

What Is Not Eligible

- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Bundle purchases where the full bundle is no longer intact
- Orders older than 90 days from delivery date
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (Amazon, eBay, third-party retailers, etc.). The Lumelle warranty applies only to products purchased directly from lumellelabs.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@lumellelabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We do not currently process exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can still request a refund under our 90-day guarantee after receiving it.
