4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs only when we ship your order.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna). We do not store full payment card details.

5. Shipping & Returns

Lumelle products are sold exclusively through lumellelabs.com. Products sold through Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, or third-party retailers are not authorized and are considered counterfeit. We do not warranty, support, or refund products purchased through unauthorized channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumelle Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
