Shipping Policy
We ship Lumelle Labs products to customers across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia. If your country is not currently listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@lumellelabs.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM local warehouse time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Free on all orders over $75
- $4.95 on orders below $75
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping (where available)
- Calculated at checkout
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days
These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery time may vary based on carrier, destination, and local conditions.
International Shipping (UK, EU, Canada, Australia)
Standard international delivery typically takes 5-12 business days. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship to addresses without a valid street address.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at hello@lumellelabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please email us within 2 hours. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee address changes after that window.
